Nhat Ho, a multifaceted professional, serves as president of Civilitude Engineers & Planners, an Austin-based firm specializing in diverse land development projects. With a comprehensive background spanning architectural design, engineering, permitting, and urban planning, Ho has led Civilitude to prominence, making it a trusted resource for high-profile public-private partnerships. His leadership extends beyond the corporate realm. Co-founding Capital A Housing, Ho pioneers affordable housing initiatives in Austin, collaborating closely with government officials. As a serial entrepreneur, he not only mentors but also invests in local businesses fostering sustainable growth. Ho’s expertise in architectural and civil engineering is complemented by a passion for education. He lectured at the University of Texas at Austin, imparting practical industry skills to undergraduate students.

Deeply committed to community engagement, Ho has served on the City of Austin Water & Wastewater Commission, influencing policies on water resources and climate resiliency. He holds leadership positions in organizations like the Real Estate Council of Austin, Long Center for the Performing Arts, and the Chamber of Commerce. With a P.E. license, LEED green associate designation, and various professional development certifications, Ho combines technical prowess with a commitment to positive change.
