To apply for the 2010 Leadership Austin Essential Class, complete the application below and send the document as an attachment, along with the additional required attachments, to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please note that any information sent to a .COM address instead of .ORG will not be received, nor will there be a way to confirm if an application was sent. Applications will only be accepted via email. The deadline for submission was 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2009. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Essential FAQs

Please note that all applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Applicant is at least 28 years of age as of the application deadline.
Applicant has lived continuously in the Greater Austin area for one year as of the application deadline.
Applicant cannot be a candidate for public office at the time of application.
Applicant is willing and able to commit the time necessary to complete the program. Mandatory time commitments are outlined in the application form.
