Applications will only be accepted via email.

The deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2010. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Please note that all applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Applicant is at least 23 years of age as of the application deadline.
Applicant has at least two year of employment experience.
Applicant is not a full-time student.
Applicant cannot be a candidate for public office at the time of application.
Applicant is willing and able to commit the time necessary to complete the program. Mandatory time commitments are outlined in the application form.
